Advanced options
If something real (like clear sky) gets cut away, untick "Cut out the background". "Dither" fakes smooth shading with tiny dots, good for skin, sky and fur. "Oklab" picks colours the way the eye sees them. "Outline expansion" (1 to 2) keeps thin lines alive at small sizes.

Palette
You paint with the sprite’s own palette (plus transparency), so the file stays game-ready. Double-click a swatch to change its colour.
Palettespremade, custom, import & export
Recolour your sprite to a ready-made palette, or build, import and export your own. Applying remaps every pixel to the nearest colour in the chosen palette.
Build a shading ramp
Shading by mixing in black or white is what makes pixel art look flat. A ramp shifts the hue as the light changes — warmer (towards yellow) into the light, cooler (towards blue) into the shadow. Pick a swatch, choose how many steps, and the ramp is added to the sprite’s palette.

Run several settings at once on your image and send the one you like best to the canvas.
Download animationGIF, sprite sheet & more
The sprite sheet ships with Aseprite-style JSON (frame boxes, durations, tags) that game engines read directly.
Palette variantsone sprite, a whole set
Make the same sprite in several palettes at once — rarity tiers, team colours, day/night. Every variant keeps this sprite’s exact pixels and only swaps the colours, so the set reads as one asset family. Each opens as its own tab; “Download atlas” packs them into one texture.
How this was madesettings & stage order
These settings travel with the file: download sprite-grid.json and reopening it restores the sprite and everything below.

One texture plus atlas.json (Aseprite-style rectangles) for every open sprite — what a game engine loads, instead of one folder each.
